TERMS OF PAYMENT:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. You credit card will NOT be charged for reservations made online or via telephone. You will be prompted for the security of your data card to guarantee your reservation. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE DONE AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL. If you do not cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance (before 12p.m local time) on the date of arrival, the Hotel Ismael 312 will charge your card the payment of one night.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations may be cancelled or amended 48 hours before 12:00pm local time on the due date of your arrival.
